The Christmas Boat Parade in Newport Beach hosted by the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce is hosting the 103rd annual Christmas Boat Parade in Newport Beach. The Newport Beach Christmas boat parade will run for five nights and begins on Wednesday, December 14 and ending Sunday, December 18, 2011. The Newport Beach Christmas boat parade starts by Bay Island in Newport Beach, and finishes at the same location at approximately 9:00 pm
.
I was driving down Coast Highway this evening and saw one of yachts with all the decorations on it, and wanted to share a preview with you.
The incredible details on this yacht is incredible and the were still decorating as I was taking photos.

This weekend is the lighting of the boats in one of our local marina’s. Hope I can get some shots as nice as yours.

I can’t imagine how nice it would be to have a Christmas boat parade. Of course we would have boats covered in Ice here, but that’s the advantage of the great summer weather of southern California.
